Are you an ECU student, staff, or faculty member interested in getting around Greenville by bike? Join us to learn strategies and skills to stay safe while biking around our community. Whether you are an experienced bike commuter or a student just getting started, this course will have something for you to help you feel more confident on the road. We do need students to know the basics of balancing and riding a bike.

Our course will consist of some classroom work, a short group ride, and skills practice in a nearby parking lot.

You will need to bring:

  1. A working bike (if you need to get your bike fixed up, Greenville Bicycle Company can help!)
  2. A helmet

Date: June 15th

Time: 1-6p (we promise -- the time will fly by!)

Location: Room 125 in the ECU main student center -- first floor, towards the eastern side of the building. Address: 501 E 10th St, Greenville, NC 27858. Hourly parking is available in the Student Center garage. Bring your bike inside the building with you!
