A Smart Cycling On Bike class.

This 60 minute session gives adults (of any age) a chance to learn to ride if they have never ridden a bike before. For adults who haven't ridden in a long time, this session can build their confidence.
The class will offer "at-your-own pace" small group instruction and practice with basic bike handling skills such as starting/stopping and bike control in an open area without traffic (not a street or narrow trail).
Class taught by either League of American Bicyclists Certified instructor (LCI) or American Bicycling Education Association CyclingSavvy instructor.
