Youth Smart Cycling series with West End Community Center session 4

Over the course of five session youth attending West End Community Center in Providence will participate in five youth Smart Cycling classes. Each class will take place in a different location around the city. Students will learn the basics of the leagues smart cycling curriculum to help them become safer and more confident riders.
